Bokhara 2018 - 2019 Season

Summer (high season) Rates
June through September: £575 per week

Off (low) Season Rates
October through May: £350 per week

Price includes: all of the house facilities, electricity and water services, bed-linen, towels, and a welcome package. A fee will be made for laundry and cleaning – dependent upon occupancy numbers.

Reduced Rates
are available on request for extended stays over 2 weeks.

Further Discounts
are available for long stays (one month or more) during the off-season period. Call or write for details.

Airport Collection
local taxis are reasonable. We would be happy to provide you rates and phone numbers.

Booking Conditions

Please read these conditions carefully as they are the terms of your contract with us.

· Agreed bookings will not be confirmed until a deposit of 25% has been received.

· Pencilled bookings will only be held open for seven days pending receipt of deposit. The full balance is due 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival.

· If you make a booking less than 8 weeks before your intended holiday we will require payment in full. All prices are quoted in Euros/English Pounds/American Dollars and cheques in any of these 3 currencies should be made payable to PLEASE CLICK HERE FOR 'PAYEE' INSTRUCTIONS.

Cancellations

· Your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel more than 8 weeks in advance of your holiday--if less than 8 weeks, we will attempt to re-let the accommodation, and if successful, refund all or part of the fees paid. You must appreciate that the shorter the notice, the less likely we will be able to re-let the accommodation. You are strongly advised to take out travel insurance to cover any financial loss resulting from unavoidable cancellation.

Accommodation

· The house is available from 3 pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the date of departure. This allows us time to prepare for each new arrival.

· We ask that guests not smoke in the house.

· Please inform us of any breakages on leaving so we can rectify things.

· We will not be liable for any failure of electricity, gas or water supplies to the house; nor in regard of any equipment, machinery or appliance in the accommodation or grounds; nor any other matters beyond our 'reasonable' control; nor for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by any guest should the property be destroyed or substantially damaged prior to the rental period, other than the amount already paid by you in respect of the rental. Under no circumstances shall our liability to you exceed the amount paid to us by you for the rental period.

· The use of the accommodation, grounds, equipment or other amenities is entirely at your risk. We accept no responsibility for any injury, damage to personal property or belongings, or damage/theft of vehicles or equipment. You are strongly advised to bring healthcare cover with you. Remember, all UK vehicles must have" Green Card" insurance, issued by your insurance company, to travel in Europe.
