Bokhara
is our family home in rural Brittany. For budget conscious vacationers, Brittany has what it takes to provide affordable escapes along with reliable service. Thus, we invite you to stay and enjoy the comforts and tranquility of this recently renovated large three bedroom house with breathtaking views over the Aulne valley and beyond to the chapel of St. Michel a distant 50 kilometres away. Situated in the village of Laz on the edge of the Forest of Laz, the beautiful Brittany beaches are only a 20 minute drive away or you can enjoy the delights of hundreds of kilometers of the river and canal just at "the bottom of the hill". Fishing (including salmon), canoeing, cycling, horse back riding or walking are right on your doorstep.

One travel option you may conside is to vacation in Brittany with your car. This option allows you, the vacationer, to travel at your leisure, pack your luggage based upon your personal needs, and while at our home, you can travel throughout the landscapes with the ease of stopping where you desire and when you desire. There are castles and ruins to explore, and medieval towns and museums to visit. Upon completion of your personal tour of the area, your home (our home) away from home is waiting in Laz. Accommodation
First floor: Inside the house you will find the large lounge/dining area with a wood burning fireplace, luxurious leather couches, TV with satellite connections for all English and French programs, DVD and CD players, large dining table and chairs. Three separate French doors lead onto the balcony, where we have provided patio furniture for dining and relaxing while enjoying the panoramic views of this beautiful part of Brittany. The open plan design of the main floor leads into a large well appointed kitchen with spacious fridge/freezer, microwave, full size cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Breakfast, drinks and snacks can be taken on the bar that divides the two areas. There is a separate washroom/toilet on this level.

Second floor: Upstairs there are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and Bedroom 3 has two single beds, a shared bathroom has shower and full size bath. There are built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms.

· For our younger visitors we can provide a high chair, travel cot and stair gate, also suitable cutlery and crockery if required.

· This property caters comfortably for 8 persons; this includes a bed settee in the lounge.

· In addition a 'z' bed is also available if needed.

· All linen and towels are provided; the house is professionally checked and cleaned after every let.

There is ample parking in the private courtyard and an outside terrace with barbeque and quality seating for entertaining. The centre of the of Laz with convenience store providing fresh bread and other basics is only a two minute walk away.
